5 Minutes Before Class
First time? We got you.
During pre-class, we break down each of the six punches and the class flow so you know exactly what to do and when to do it.

Ten rounds. Two fists. Zero experience necessary. We engineered every minute so your first class feels guided, electric, and unforgettable.
Every class runs 10 rounds. You'll spend half of them on the aqua bags, half on the strength floor. Pick where you want to start -- either way, we keep you moving.
Start on the Bag
Glove up first, then carve it up on the floor. Perfect if you want to feel the punches before the weights.

First time? We got you.
During pre-class, we break down each of the six punches and the class flow so you know exactly what to do and when to do it.

Get ready - it's about to go down.
Before we get to work on the bags, we run through a dynamic, cardio-fueled warm-up to dial in stance, guard, and breath.

Glove up - it's go time.
Three rounds of boxing on the aqua bags where you put all six punches to work, drilling simple follow-along combos that still make you feel legendary.
Between each round, you'll catch your breath with an active recovery coached by your trainer.

Switch stations and hit the floor for strength and conditioning using dumbbells, bodyweight, and targeted tempo work.
Every block keeps the heart rate high while the coach demos each move and modification.

Back to the bags for two more fire rounds of cardio, including the notorious Rumble Round where lights, music, and combos hit peak intensity.

We finish on the floor to tighten every detail - arms, core, glutes - so you leave the studio feeling strong, balanced, and unstoppable.

Wrap with a high-five from your coach, cool-down stretches, and concierge recovery tips so you leave ready for round two.
Every combo you throw mixes these six fundamentals. Your coach drills them during pre-class so you feel sharp from jab one.
1. Jab
Lead-hand straight that sets timing, range, and tempo.
2. Cross
Rear-hand power shot that snaps from your hips.
3. Lead Hook
Turn the front hip, keep elbow up, drive across the bag.
4. Rear Hook
Rotate through the back hip; aim for that midline.
5. Lead Uppercut
Lift from legs, brush the bag upward with knuckles.
6. Rear Uppercut
Sit low, drive up the middle, finish with the guard high.
Grab a spot, meet the concierge crew, and we'll guide you through every punch, press, and victory dance.
